The Green Man Collection (2023)

This collection was released on 1st December 2023 to support the UK Autumn 'Green Man' Tour. it has 6 new studio recordings including 3 new songs and 3 re-recorded Steeleye Classics. It also includes the original unreleased 80s recording of 'The Green Man'. The two live tracks are lifted from the Bonus DVD on the 50th Anniversary Box set (Buxton 2018) . Click button for more info

Live Concert Recordings.

2024 saw the release of two classic Steeleye concerts from the 70's. Both available on Spotify/Apple music etc.  The 1974 concert from the 'Bottom Line' is also available on CD (click on the image) and is an 'official' release of very good audio quality. The 1973 'Traitor's Wages' is of dubious origin and seems to be an 'off air' recording rather than a Soundboard recording like the 1974 CD.

Live CD- Hark! The Village Wait Live (2021)

Available in 2021 from Park Records was this brilliant new Live CD from the current line up was recorded in Autumn 2017. The band ran through Steeleye's debut album in the first half of the concert. The three bonus tracks were from the second set. 'London' does not feature on the 50th CD/DVD whilst 'Marrowbones' and 'When I was on Horseback' only feature on the bonus DVD. 

Maddy says in the liner notes: "50 years later ..we re-imagined the songs for a completely line up and time..we re appraised the songs and gave ourselves the freedom to develop them to match our experiences and choices today...this live version brings a different energy".

50th Anniversary DVD/CD Box Set (2019)

A live DVD/CD 4 disk set celebrating the 50th Anniversary. DVD's recorded at Epsom in April 2019 and Buxton in October 2018. The CD's are from the 2019 concert. Also included is an 11 minute documentary about the history of the band involving interviews of current/ex band members plus managers/engineers etc. Notable for featuring a first public appearance of Bob Johnson since 2001.

Concept Album- Goblin Market Music (2022)

This is a great new concept album based on 'The Goblin Market' poem.
